We follow the ICSE and the IGCSE curriculum extending it beyond the boundaries of the syllabus prescribed. The course curriculum covers wide range of topics to explore overall growth of students, provide more practical knowledge and focus more on analytical skills. We believe that the traditional teach and test, "ROTE LEARNING MODEL" alienates a child from the learning process and eventually leads to a resistance to learning.

Besides, it is mandatory that the teachers undergo at least one training session in a year in areas such as teaching methodologies, use of technology in class and such related subjects. It is pertinent to place on record with gratitude the increased amount of workload the faculty members have taken on themselves to improve the academic standards of the school.

We have grading system for Assessments, Assignments,Tests and Projects. We have adapted Self correcting process as well. BHIS follows the CCE (Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation) Skill based Assessments & on paper assessment with both formative and summative assessments.
